The Most Happy Fella is an American opera that is rarely performed because it requires operatic singing, as well as great acting and dancing. The Festival Opera production in Walnut Creek has it all. This is an original American opera about immigration, mail-order brides, and love in the Napa Valley of the 1930’s. It was a Broadway hit in the 1950s. The audience is in for an incredible experience, “ said Jim Bell.
