The Business Value of Investing in Women

Professor McElhaney will discuss the business case for and value of investing in women globally, in the business world, and individually. She will highlight significant economic, management, and data-driven reasons to do so, along with gaps and challenges therein. She will end with tactical business tools and recommendations.

Professor McElhaney has participated in a discussion hosted by TED Talks, a nonprofit renowned for presenting ground-breaking, powerful ideas. In 2011 she was a presenter at the independently organized TEDx event held at The Palace of Fine Arts Theatre, San Francisco, California.
